People really don't want to see me wearing gold trousers for a day, this I can be sure of - so there's a week left in which to suggest alternatives. Otherwise, I might have to engage in some gerrymandering when it comes to the vote.
Got the following from sister in law Claire + husband Finbarr... we think you should give up anything electronic for the day... anything run off a battery or electricity, which includes driving, bus etc. Of course, we wouldn't want to get you fired, so within reason if you needed to use a computer within work, we'd make an exception to the rule...
am liking this idea. so....no alarm clock to wake you up, no electric shower - brrrr,no coffee, no toast, certainly no reading of the paper online before heading for the bus, no bus, NO IPOD, you can use the computer at work but no internet browsing unless it's work related, no phone...again unless work related, no coffee, no TV - you'll have to negotiate this with your daughters who are addicted to 'in the night garden', no radio, no lights - good job your wife likes candle light, no coffee, no beans on toast, no coffee, no coffee, no coffee.....ok might not be worth it to those who have to put up with you when you've not had your coffee! Let's go back to doing the hammerdance on demand over 24 hour period.
